Elysium Bookings collects the information needed to run booking, client, payment and business-management workflows. This can include account details, business profile information, client contact details, booking history, intake answers, notes entered by the business, payment status, support messages and technical logs.

We do not ask businesses to store raw card numbers in Elysium. Card entry and saved-card handling are processed through Stripe where payment features are enabled.

We use data to provide the booking platform, secure accounts, show schedules, process payments, send booking-related messages, prepare reports, provide support and improve reliability.

Analytics and attribution features are designed to show useful business trends without exposing unnecessary personal details.

We share data with trusted processors only where needed to provide the service, such as hosting, authentication, payment processing, email delivery, push notifications and file storage.

Businesses remain responsible for the client information they enter into their Elysium workspace and for using it lawfully.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet accounting or legal requirements, resolve disputes and maintain audit history.

Client users can schedule account deletion from Settings. A 30-day grace period allows the request to be cancelled before the Elysium login, global profile, preferences, favourites, notifications and platform-saved payment identities are removed.

Businesses may need to retain booking, payment, tax, safety or clinical records where law and their own retention responsibilities require it. After account deletion, retained business records are no longer linked to the deleted Elysium login. Users can contact support for access, correction or other privacy requests.
